Form Builder

Create and manage custom forms for your website.

Introduction

AquaEdge Form Builder lets you create customized forms to collect information from your users. You can add various field types, customize form appearance, and view submissions all in one place.

Creating Forms

To create a new form:

1. Navigate to Form Builder in your dashboard
2. Click "Create Form"
3. Add fields by clicking "Add Field"
4. Customize field labels, types, and validation rules
5. Save your form when finished

Form Elements

Form Builder supports many field types:

• Text inputs (short and long)
• Email, phone, and URL fields
• Dropdowns and radio buttons
• Checkboxes
• Date and time pickers
• File uploads
• Terms acceptance

Form Settings

Customize your form with these settings:

• Form appearance (colors, layout, spacing)
• Success message or redirect after submission
• Form width and height
• Button text and styling

Embedding Forms

To embed a form on your website:

1. Click the "Embed" button in the form editor
2. Copy the generated embed code
3. Paste the code into your website's HTML

Managing Submissions

View and manage form submissions:

• Access submissions from the Form Builder dashboard
• Export submissions to CSV
• Set up email notifications for new submissions
